The integration with Salesforce, Slack & other third party tools are great! I like that they can be used in conjunction w/our existing system (SalesForce).
There's not much out there for MSPs who have their own clients but want managed service offerings as well - this solves all those issues at once by providing both traditional consulting engagements AND platform-as-a-(cloud)service type contracts which helps us grow our business faster without having to add another team member or spend more money than we've budgeted just yet :) Highly recommended if you're looking into something similar where your customers need support when things go wrong while using technology from multiple vendors across different industries. We were able solve several problems related to customer data being stored outside SFDC including how it was accessed after an incident had occurred.
