I didn't really have major doubts about the quality, but I was more concerned about the size, but it holds about a pound and a half of thickly sliced bacon with no problem π, and the grate holes are the perfect size for bacon. don't fail! I am very happy with this rack and look forward to baking many more things on it. An empty bacon bag is included for display when shopping.
