I bought this mist for my chameleon. It comes with a hose to plug it into the case. I love that you can adjust it to the fog output you want. It works so well that I want to use it as my personal oil diffuser. It has been running for 4 days on the same starting gallon of water and is almost ready to be refilled. I leave it at maximum at night and minimum during the day. It's easy to use. I recommend an extension cord because it's not as long as I'd like because of the other lights and waterfall features a chameleon should have. This is the first smoke machine I've owned for a chameleon, so I have no comparison to it. I like it, and so dose the chameleon. Another important point is that it does not pollute the water in the suitcase or anywhere else.
