As others have said the description is inaccurate, there is no 'test bulb' on this item. That's about 3 cents of plastic. In fact, I'm pretty sure the bubble wrap costs more than this item. All I can say is that it works, but it's so short you may not have the length to use it if your fuse box is in tight spaces. If this item was included in the backup kit, even if there were only 5 of each type, it would be worth it as an "emergency" glove box kit, but it really isn't. Buy something else, even if it's just cheap insulated needle nose pliers.
