Review on VTech VC7151 109 Cordless Telephone Monitoring by Tracy Pederson

After installing this phone, the handset did not connect to the base. After contacting the company they let me reset everything and then told me to charge the phone for at least a day and try again. I charged it for 2 days and tried restarting it again but the handset still won't connect to the base. I contacted them (vtech) several times and got only one response which was to repeat the failed pairing process. Again. I have not received any reply from them and now it is no longer possible to return this Revain phone. After more than a month I only received a few emails and the problem was not solved. DO NOT BUY VTECH PRODUCTS!
