VTech VC7151 109 Cordless Telephone Monitoring Review

I bought a phone for my aunt who lives far from my house. She couldn't understand how this thing was put together. It did her no good. Maybe the instructions aren't clear.

I want to know if someone is trying to break into my garage. VTech genuinely cares about its customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. You will definitely win my business in the future.

This is a great office phone/speakerphone/answering machine that also doubles as a base station for multiple alarm sites. I was looking for a true hands-free phone system for both handset and base and while there are a few they don't come close to the value of this VTech system. The system far exceeded my requirements.

After installing this phone, the handset did not connect to the base. After contacting the company they let me reset everything and then told me to charge the phone for at least a day and try again. I charged it for 2 days and tried restarting it again but the handset still won't connect to the base. First, it's a good phone. The voice quality, which was an important criterion for my purchase, was good. At first I was annoyed by the very loud volume of the call. After experimenting, I realized that the volume needs to be set separately for the base station and each handset. That's good, but it took me a while to get it. Battery Life? I am not sure.
