Genuine Review - Cookware

This was intended to be a gift but I have learned in my never before seen order history to inspect a gift or risk embarrassment or worse disappointment. It was sent box in box, great, so if it's direct to recipient the item isn't shown and there's no packing list so the price isn't given away. So far, so good. I noticed that the box itself has minor cosmetic damage but is still worth the wrapping paper. Contents appear to be in good condition, no dents or scratches, maker's mark tastefully branded on bottom front, both items are in a protective plastic bag, but if you shook them you would hear the tea infuser banging against the teapot. I fell in and forced her to turn around and try. She was immediately impressed. We boiled water and heard a whistle. It's not a high pitched scream, but rather high frequencies. You can definitely hear it in the next room, a full pot of water on their gas stove took 5 minutes, a microwave takes longer. She has arthritic hands that easily fit under a pot handle and she liked the grip and balance. Both she and I had a little time to remove the kettle's lid to fill it - a pull-type lid. A little bonus was a text code to rate the product on Revain and receive the purifier. I get nothing for this review. Neither will she because she doesn't have an account and it was a gift. never mind She loves it and put it to use right away. She genuinely thinks I spent a lot more than I did judging by the specs. Time will tell if it holds up.
