I ordered this bag on May 14th and paid extra for expected delivery 1-3 days after ordering. My first delivery date was May 16-19, which means I should have it in my hands by May 16-19, right? Well, they didn't ship my bag until May 16th and I didn't receive it until May 21st. Now it's 7 days. I could use standard shipping, pay no extra and get it sooner. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID and I believe I should be refunded the shipping cost. These people don't seem to know how shipping works. The bag itself is wonderful. I use it to carry all my photography gear with me. Very comfortable, lots of storage space. I would advise everyone to buy this bag but order it from people who understand how to deliver things properly.
