Unobtrusive. Some ripples that don't go away, but the adjustment has eliminated other ripples.

My ceilings are 9 feet high and the screen is wall mounted about 4 inches from the ceiling. It works great and the extra drop screen position is perfectly at eye level. I don't feel like I'm looking up or tensing up my neck. All in all a great purchase and I would buy it again. But here are some pros and cons if you use it for a few months and move it once or twice. Pros: - excellent drop; The extra drop allows me to mount it close to the ceiling and hide it when not in use - picture quality is pretty good - size is amazing; Our room is relatively small, so we sit only 3 meters away from us. The size is very suitable for this distance. However, if you get closer, you'll see that the 1080p resolution actually has pixels that are about 1/10th of an inch wide - crazy! Cons: The edges of the screen (about 3-4 inches) curve inward toward the screen, causing distortion when panning. I also had ripples at the bottom of the screen, but then I adjusted (reset) the screen level and the bottom ripples were gone. If your screen is tilted left or right, the bar will naturally pull in that direction, causing ripples. The best way to get rid of them is to check everything is ok first. Gravity can be a real pain sometimes.

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Something different

Disappointed with the wrinkling
