I literally never write reviews BUT this thing is amazing. I have struggled with bleeding gums for the past 3 years. I've spoken to dentists and doctors and they've all recommended electric toothbrushes, dental floss, and Listerine. When I told them none of this worked, one of them recommended a peroxide rinse. Slightly better, but still significant inflammation and bleeding. Stumbled upon this product and couldn't be happier. I've been using it twice a day for less than a week and I'm seeing a definite improvement. I hope that over time I won't bleed. Also, my mouth looks very clean and fresh, and I've noticed that my teeth have gotten a little whiter. I love that it's all natural and doesn't burn my mouth like other peroxide rinses I've tried.
