I bought this headband for running in cold weather. This is very good for keeping my ears warm. The only issue I've had is it's pretty silly, but apparently I like wearing my ponytail a lot higher than it needs to be to actually thread it through a small ponytail holder, so I usually just leave it on. this, but it's still good for keeping your ears warm. I kept one star because I thought I could get a similar product at a much lower price. Nonetheless, it's a good product. He does his job exactly.
