The first product received did not come out of the tip. It seems after reading some of the other reviews that some of these products ship partially dried or cured - maybe they were compressed during shipping and allowed air into the syringe - I don't know. Anyway, I used a paper clip to try and open the hole and even cut off part of the tip and it still didn't come off! So I returned the first and requested a replacement from Revain and the second worked great! It pressed into the basketball slightly, then we threw it back as directed and now the basketball is holding air! Because of the problems I give 4 out of 5 points.
