I've been looking for a good phone mount for my jeep for ten years now. That's all. Pros: Best of all, it comes with a mount that mimics an air vent. I tested the wi5 supplied 3m sticker and ended up screwing it onto my dashboard. It's awesome because I can take it with me on trips and use it in the rental car air vent, but it will still be in my jeep. With magnets on the outside of my case, it holds the phone very securely - I've never dropped it from hitting a bump or even bumps in the terrain, and my suspension is, well, a Jeep. I accidentally knocked it over with my hand, but nothing else could stand up to the hard driving of my jeep. It charges normally, it would be better if it included a charging source. Cons: The magnets have to be on the outside of your case or they won't stick. Maybe in an ordinary car, but not in a jeep. And it's really ugly. Almost as bad is that the main hinge is too loose, causing my phone to fall and sag even on a flat road. It's also somewhat flexible due to the plastic base - aluminum would be much better. But I used Instamorph molding plastic to reinforce it and keep it from sagging - awesome! Cheap and easy. Subtracted a star for fragility and magnets on the outside of the case. The rest 😄
