Okay, let me start by saying that I love cupping, especially fire cup with acupuncturist. I also have a plastic culling kit for home use and an extension tube that I can use to do this myself, but reaching behind my back can be quite difficult when I have to hold the bowl against my skin for a while to get the hand pump . Suck. This is the first electronic glasseset I've owned and in short I'm impressed. It's only one cup but believe me you won't need more than one as it will be too much work. There are 5 levels of suction but I can only handle level 1. It's also set to turn off automatically for 1-2 minutes, but I can only hold out for a few seconds. Finally, there are 3 heat levels, but level 1 is fine for me. Coming from someone who likes glasses: be very careful and only start at the lowest level! To stop sucking, press and hold the suck button! This is very important because depending on your pain tolerance it can quickly become painful and you need to know the emergency stop. Another emergency stop is to press on the skin closest to the rim and remove the cup. It stays on all the time, so after a few seconds I can just move it. To be honest, level 1 suction is too strong for me to even scratch, so I'll just stick with cans. I love that I can apply it where my hands go and it absorbs quickly so it adheres to the skin. I think red light is infrared so I'll just leave it on as an added bonus. I like it very much so far!
