It's great personal. It was broken when it arrived but I stuffed it with duvets and pillowcases to "fluff it up" and that helped a lot. The material is so soft and smooth. The zippers are very high quality and I love the gold accents. I bought this as a gift for my neighbor who just had a baby boy whose diaper bag is terrible. Instead I had to give her this beautiful high quality bag. I don't know how well it will hold up over time, but it seems like it's made to withstand a lot of heavy use. I almost wanted to keep it to myself. I definitely recommend it and I don't think you will be disappointed. I got this product for free for my honest opinion, but I only ever leave HONEST reviews. If I don't like something, I say it.
