The beauty of my iMac is that I can upgrade the RAM without much hassle. The bad news is that there is no information on how much RAM this iMac can use. I tried two 8GB sticks but IOS kept losing the pointer to the link stack. Now I've encountered the installed limitation of this hardware setting. Specifically, I have the following: 4 memory slots, each accommodating a 1333MHz DDR3 memory module, each RAM stick is 4GB for a total of 16GB RAM.
