it may be small but it will definitely help you cool down i live in california we just had a heat wave and this little guy helped me to stay cool make sure you have cold water in the fridge so the air this fan produces is really cold. I like the little window on the side where you can see how much water is left so you can check from time to time and fill it up, if you really want cold air to come out I recommend it not to fill all the way, maybe only half as the water will be room temperature at the end, just keep filling it with cold water and enjoy a nice breeze. .
