Very disappointed. The camera doesn't even come close to the specifications stated on the box. First, the viewing angle is only 60 degrees. The user manual specifies a viewing angle of 120 degrees, the information on the packaging specifies a viewing angle of 170 degrees. But when I measured mine, it was only 60 degrees. It is a pity. So it's like tunnel vision without width. I could have two kids close enough to hold hands standing right behind my car and I wouldn't be able to see either of them unless one was directly behind the camera. But move the lens just 22 inches off-axis and the kid is invisible to the camera standing a meter from my bumper. My car is 96 inches wide and the camera only sees 45 inches. four feet away. That's less than half the width of my car. This renders the camera less than useless. That makes him downright dangerous. To make matters worse, there are no auxiliary lines for the distance scale either. Aside from the field of view, this is a great product. Easy to set up and use. Decent picture quality. I didn't bother to check the transmission range as the field of view was a waste of time. I'm sending it back to Revane. I am very angry because all my research was wasted because the specs are a complete lie.
