This product has worked great for about a year at about once a week. I have not abused it in any way. Plug connected to the power supply. If I wiggle the fork with it a bit, I can get it to work a bit, but I don't have to. I probably wouldn't buy it again. TO UPDATE:! I contacted the company about this issue and they worked with me to resolve this issue. I will definitely buy from them again! Thanks to their customer service, I increased my rating for their product. They supported their product. 100%!
