Review on ๐Ÿด Enhanced Cowboy Wooden Pet Stairs: 4-Step Ladder with Detachable Carpet for Easy Access to High Beds and Couches by Jen Wilson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very strong, works well, looks good!

I ordered a bed frame from Revain as I have a beagle who likes to crawl under the old futon, we needed to be alone for a while. I thought it was so cute when he did it. So instead of ordering a pull-out couch, I ordered a queen-size bed frame and mattress so the beagle could still hide and get away from it all. You know, just like kids love spending time in a tent. The plan was to turn the bed into a day bed for people and puppies to lounge around, watch tv and when friends come over so we can hang out. In the meantime, he also works as a great escape for you-know-who. At night everyone (my husband, beagle and I) should sleep here except for our crazy Yorkie. We're still working with him (Yorky, not my husband) on how to act before bed, and that doesn't include WrestleMania with the Beagle to see who's the best in puppy playtime. My husband has yet to learn what quiet time is. Especially when he's playing exciting Xbox games in the middle of the night. (LOL) Meanwhile, the bed frame I ordered was too high. The Beagle thinks they have too much space to hide these days. But it's an amazing frame so we're all living with it and can use the space underneath for future storage should the need arise. But my poor beagle sometimes can't jump that high when it comes to getting up on the bed. This is an 18" bed frame with a 12" mattress. So we bought steps. These steps perfectly match the height of this bed. They can hold both humans and pets when it comes to it. They can also be used as a step stool/stool. However, we got it for a purpose. This allowed Beagles and Yorkies to walk up and down without hurting their feet or legs. Also, they love to fight, so why waste all their energy jumping up and down to get on the bed? Right? They still do sometimes, but they know that when they can't, Mom and Dad have steps at the foot of the couch/bed just for them. Both dogs were rescued but our beagle had more time with us and more time learning to calm down. He is cool. The perfect dog. Yorkie sounds like the little engine right now, whizzing through space like a BB out of the box, and I wonder if we'll ever get to that point with him? Well, probably not. hahaha. But we still love him and at the same time both dogs are very happy, very healthy and very thankful that the foot of this bed has those favorite steps when they need them. I highly recommend them! :) About my husband? Well, another option is to put it in a storage box and put it under the bed. I don't think the Beagle will mind much. Eventually he will have more time with his father. But then the grandkids will be confused by the silence in the playroom on that end as they scream with excitement late at night on their end. So I guess I'll refrain from keeping it for now. *LAUGH OUT LOUD*
