Seemed like a bargain. Outer box opened and then tilted to remove inner box. Then I heard shards of glass moving inside. I didn't bother opening the inner box because it sounded like every lightbulb inside would have to be smashed. To get a refund, I had to print out the shipping label, reseal the outer box, and attach the shipping label. Then go to your local UPS store. So, lesson learned. NO deal if I put in the time, materials and effort and didn't have a single lightbulb to show it off. Note: The inner box was labeled "Fragile!". on topic. This box was inserted into a tight-fitting outer box. The outer packaging was NOT labeled Fragile. So probably the reason is the broken content. Little things are sometimes important. Without risking another online lightbulb order. Will be buying from my local Lowes or Home Depot from now on.
