Terrible stand placement

While this iPad case looks solid and will likely protect an iPad (8th gen), I have a major issue with the way its stand is positioned. The kickstand sits under the strap and is very difficult to open to place the iPad in a comfortable viewing position. The kickstand also feels flimsy and looks like it's about to give out. Very disappointed by the lack of ergonomics in this case.
