I would rate this item 5 stars as the fabric is great and stretchy and the small size is perfect for my 7 year old who is a bit husky and is about 80lbs weighs. The problem I had was that there was a hole just below the waistband of my pants. As energetic as my son is, I'm sure that if I don't put it together, the hole will get bigger the first time I use it, and it may even be unusable after the second or third.
