Caused a short in the window

extension cord caused a short in my window which made it not realize the door was open so it didn't lower the window to close the door. This resulted in the window hitting the top corner and damaging the chrome strip I did which cost about $1,000. I couldn't figure out what was causing the problem until a Tesla support rep came out and told me there was a short in the door. Once I did a factory reset, the window worked fine.
