It has helped us identify our users' pain points in real time which allows for quick fixes before they impact user flow negatively or prevent them from using your app at all!It is also very easy to use with an intuitive interface that doesn't require you learn any new tech skills/tools.

The most difficult part of logrocket was finding out how we could make it more useful by building features like custom dashboards within their platform but I'm sure this can be done as well if needed (which makes sense). We were having issues getting consistent reports so tracking what problems are being solved when people interact wtihin apps helps immensely towards improving overall experiences of those who utilize products where there's high customer retention rates such as ours - making customers feel valued & appreciated through better service delivery practices.
