Great color set but you may need to add a few cooler colors to get a full double base set. I also bought a set of five Sennelier test tubes from which I added colors not already included in this set. I recommend removing the plastic and adding halves with magnets or tape, this gives you the ability to add more colors if you wish. You can mix on a plastic lid, but I usually use tiny earthenware. You can set it up to have a blending zone with spray paint or tape and paper that has been cut to size (may not be the best option but might work). Great value for money, I love Sennelier watercolors and would highly recommend!
