Terrible roller, okay cutter, no suction

I guess we got a defective one as the roller only worked for a bit and then now dough just gets stuck in it every time. It's so bad that we've gone back to manual rolling. The cutting bit is okay, and we're using that to validate our purchase but there are much cheaper options for doing that. Suction is awful so now have to hold it down while cranking it. Disappointed with this purchase and now looking for a better model.
