A bit tricky to assemble as some parts look the same and are not clearly marked - I put the poles on the wrong board first and had to redo it. I was also a bit disappointed that the cave part is held together with a rubber band that cannot be hidden. But in general the product is quite durable. My kitty jumps straight up and barely wobbles. She likes to sleep on the top bed. I agree with other reviewers that this is definitely kitty sized. My kitty is barely 4 pounds and it fits perfectly when curled up on the top platform. I don't think it will fit anymore when it gets bigger. The scratching posts are also useless considering how small they are.
