I thought I might like this item so I ordered 2. I'm SO glad I did this! I'm so tired of replacing or trying to reattach the towel rail that has pulled or come loose. Not sure who thinks about the towel rail design but the size they come in NEVER hits the wall on either end! You don't need to know anything about framing the walls. It is almost always 16" centered, meaning the pieces of wood are 16" apart in the center of each rack. I know it. Why make towel rails 12" or 18" or 24" wide!? You're doomed to fail on a non-wood end, even if you use wall anchors! Drywall just isn't strong enough to withstand the on and off of to withstand towels. This product only attaches directly to the luggage rack at one point. It is also a great looking product and goes really well with my brushed nickel fixtures. I have 2 bath towels and 2 hand and face towels and there is no weight on them. The Delivery was very fast, despite the holidays!
