I have hardshell cases on both my Macbook Pro 13.3 in as well as my iPad 7th Gen, but I was wanting a bit of extra padding/protection for when I carry them on trips with me or put them in the black hole that is my backpack. These looked sturdy enough and were fairly inexpensive (and they match.lets be real I mainly bought these because they matched) so I bought the 9-10.5 in sleeve as well as the 13-13.3 in sleeve. So far they are great! The outer fabric is a canvas-esque fabric and the inner lining is soft and fairly plush. While they both have outer pockets, the pocket on the 13 inch sleeve closes with a zipper, whereas the pocket on the 9-10.5 in sleeve fastens with a piece of velcro.so I probably wont be putting anything small that I don't want to lose in that pocket because It isn't quite as secure as I'd like.All in all, I really like both of these cases. Inexpensive but seem fairly well made (and they match!).
