This is a very good shredder that does an excellent job of turning junk mail and other documents into pretty confetti. It does this fairly easily (as long as it stays within the given page limit), stays cool, and runs for a long time (I haven't been able to get it to stop yet). My only major criticism of this machine is that the storage box was not designed for bags at all. If you try to use pockets (swingline etc) they will snag on both the hooks and the dumb plastic piece designed to catch torn pieces of CD. In other words, once filled, it is difficult to pull out the bag without tearing it, rendering the bag unusable. Oh, and it's too big not to mess up emptying it without a pouch. On the CD catcher (or whatever you call it) - I'm not sure how many people still have old CDs. and can see the target, but why does it need a whole bunker to itself only interfering with the possibility of using the pouch. Another nice feature I would recommend is an indicator of when to add oil based on time and consumption. Another, smaller point of criticism are the hooks for the trash cans. They're a little brittle and sharp enough to rip any pocket. I would recommend reinforcing it and rounding the edges a bit. In summary, this is without a doubt a good car for the money. Other shredders in this class (security level) tend to be significantly more expensive and are aimed at the commercial market.
