Excellent material! Love the taste and the ingredients

I use Genius BCAA powder during and after my bodybuilding/strength training sessions Monday through Friday. I love this stuff! I love the taste and that it's a pure source of what I need to support the tremendous lifts I'm doing to build muscle. Read the ingredients - it contains caffeine. But I have no problem shaking or feeling my brain vibrate! I'm new to bodybuilding, well over 50 and small (5ft 4in) so I'm hardly the best kid for bodybuilding. like (not yet!) I love this product and highly recommend it. I can't imagine going to the gym without him!

Pros
