Great item for hand massage! Have been using it for several weeks now. I have less pain, better grip and freedom of movement. Some settings are too hard. It's worth taking the time to try them all. I use a pencil with an eraser to click the buttons. Hand diseases: Duputren, Arthritis and Dequervain.
