How can we contact the company? I was in Europe when the new pair arrived only to break up like the first pair. So I'm exiting the return date window. The strap doesn't hold up. The Velcro on one side is not sewn enough to the shoe strap and will break, preventing you from attaching the top strap to tighten it. I bought a pair and it happened within a week. I sent them back and they sent me a new pair. It happened again. I tried tape on the bottom flap but it didn't work. You don't want the seal to be visible on the outside of the flap, so it's lightly sewn and not strong enough to hold the velcro pressure.
