Ordered once, nice and shiny inside, protected by a cover, so new when removed. The outside, however, is duller stainless steel and riddled with scratches. Since they don't offer exchanges, I had to send it back and buy a new one. First time shipping was free, second time I noticed they were starting to store so I wasn't happy with that as I had to buy twice and return the first time. The second arrived less scratched but it would be better if they were covered with protective tape so that it is still new when you receive it. Bought as a gift for someone who I also bought a large commercial grade popcorn maker for. If it were up to me, I would choose a different style. Good thing, I hope it won't fall apart after use. Watch out for scratches.
