Not a touch as described. Good as a normal hour meter
Although they are listed as a tachometer/hour meter and the description also says RPM. After that, they are simply hour counters. Rating as described by the counter Tachometer/hours: 5/10. Score for being just an hour meter with a single function: 10/10. Seems accurate on the $20 single cylinder 4t and single cylinder 2t4 so far. 125 and other garden tools or the like
