I would like this platform has more integration tools for various platforms other than just Salesforce, however that can be easily integrated once it gets the necessary approvals from users. It helped me realize my goals by giving us an opportunity to use cloud-based product where we have better control over our software deployment. The best part of algol is it's support team. They are always there to answer all our queries. They help me with my project management in which I am having issues in getting my work done. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. It was very helpful to us when we were working on some project management software. This helped us to get all the resources that we need and also reduced time wastage.
