Very disappointed with phone accessory
Purchased 6/23, used about 20 hours a week. Incoming audio stopped working on 8/12. Of course, it cannot be returned since 30 days have passed. Expected more from Plantronics. Went to the cheapest store and bought Logitech for half the price and it's amazing. I strongly DO NOT recommend this Plantronics headset. :(
