Well, since these lenses were not yet available, I purchased a 14-42mm lens on the secondary market. It was not significantly worse than the Lumix G Vario 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6, and I replaced it with a Panas lens because it was cheaper to use with the camera and did not significantly alter the quality of the pictures. In addition, if I were to purchase a new olik, according to my understanding of MFT in low light, I should avoid confusing it with its predecessor
- It is cute, black, fairly sharp, and rarely captures hares.
- It focuses oddly slowly and isn't always precise, which is worse than Panas 14-42. lens hood absent
