Two main problems. Says NO audio device. Tried to download the correct driver from hp.com. It took almost four (4) hours to download this loan version of the second version of Windows Update #2. Yes, I said 4 hours. Still no sound. Then I downloaded the sound driver from hp.com. The 115MB file took almost 15 minutes to load. Downloading the same 115MB file took less than 10 seconds on my 11 year old Sony computer. Both computers (the old one and this new one) were connected to the same network through the same router. Then connect the PC to the same router using an Ethernet cable. It took over 10 minutes to download the same 115MB driver file. I haven't seen download speeds this low in over 20 years when we used modems and landlines. Still no sound. I lost most of the day trying to get this junk to work. So, 1) Sound device is not installed. 2) Extremely slow network card/device. It's not worth it! Return for refund.
