The item shown is NOT what you will get! I received a piece of silicone wrapped in a ziplock bag but worst of all was the scratching experienced when trying it out. The rings that hold it to the iron scratched the sides of my expensive iron terribly - didn't even try it. Send it back before I risk further damage!
