This Petoss dog hammock is a good economical choice as a basic dog hammock. It has a few extra features and is better reinforced than some of the other economy dog hammocks I've bought. It has clips so you can quickly remove it from your car's headrests, zips to convert it into a seat cover, and has a mesh area so your dog can see through the front seat. I've become less picky when it comes to dog hammocks as harnesses and the like, no matter how much they cost, will eventually rot in the sun and need repairs or be left in a recycling bin. In fact, I expect them to last about a year. Now I use cheaper variants because they are all more disposable in the long run. (I live in the high plains of Texas, a semi-arid region with high altitude and unforgiving summer sun and temperature.) Why buy another $80 dog hammock from the Duluth Trading Company when it will rot in the sun in the same time as 30 dollars. - Economy brand for $35? No reason at all.
