These plate frames are well made and sturdy. The jewels are like a "rope" for channel tuning that seems to be glued tightly on all sides. Non-random single crystals. I like that the frame is stainless steel. Blingy but not too much due to the channel setting. Screw caps are easy to install. The chart will appear in the product listing on Amazon. There are no instructions in the box, so go back to the list and take a look. I'm not a genius and I did it myself. I have no idea how to take them off once they are locked in place. I have a frame around the American flag shield on the front of the car and another frame around my real shield on the back. The approval sticker remains visible.
