Very good massage gun. Turns off after a set time if you use it for too long. When you're done with that, you don't have to turn off the toggle switch — it goes into sleep mode and you can turn it back on just by touching the touch power button. It might seem confusing, but there are two power switches - one is under the handle, which can be described as the main toggle switch. The second power button is located next to the speed adjustment buttons and is a touch switch. The only thing I don't like is that you can't save the last setting when you shut down. You have to start from the first level every time you turn it on. There are twenty settings and this machine depends on who owns it. I've tried another product that claims to have AI, but they only have a pressure sensitive switch on the motor that increases speed when it senses a change in pressure. I don't recommend these machines because you can't get a rapid pulse if you only need light pressure. When you need slow but high pressure, these AI machines will automatically speed them up, rendering them useless for such applications. I recommend this massage gun. But I also recommend watching videos online on how to use massage guns properly to be sure no matter what product you buy. If you don't, you may end up doing more harm than relief.
