Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

I made the purchase of a Samsung A51 product on the 30th of December, 2022. When some time had passed, the screen of the device ceased functioning properly. The display never lit up, despite the fact that all alerts and calls were successfully received. The problem was identified during the evening of January 17, 2022. The equipment was handled with care and utilized in accordance with the guidelines provided by Samsung. The product was delivered to the ASC on January 18, 2022 so that it could be serviced under its warranty. Due to the fact that a chipped frame of the screen was discovered during the examination with a microscope, my request for warranty repair was turned down. This occurred despite the fact that no other examination was performed and no attempt was made to determine the cause of the phone's malfunction. My request to carry out a thorough examination of the phone and the factors that led to the appearance of this chip was denied. This was due to the fact that even though a bumper had been attached to the phone from the very beginning, it was possible that the chip was the result of a manufacturing error given that neither the case nor the screen had been damaged. 12.02 I made the decision to swim against the tide by working for the Sangmsung firm. I gave the phone to a third party to investigate, and the results came back today with the diagnosis: a problem with the manufacturing. I'm going to sue them the following week and see what their response is.
