The main benefit I have found is that it has allowed me access from anywhere for my work so far which was great as i am very mobile! It's not always reliable but there are some things you just cannot do with this software such as customising the reports etc. There also seems like an issue where if your internet drops out then it will stop working properly until connectivity resumes (which could take up to 10 mins). Try using other cloud solutions before purchasing - they offer more flexibility than what fmis provides. Accessibility & ease of use when away from office/home computer systems.
