Ideal for fasteners
I installed these in my CNC junkyard and they work great. The 5/16" height worked well for the 3/4" MDF I used for the board. I don't see a problem if you want to use 7/16" but it all depends on the length of the screws used. I had no trouble driving them into the MDF board; no bent pins or problems driving them in. Have held up very well so far with no problems. Would buy again if I needed more.
