These are beautifully made cushion covers. They are white and I like them. I wanted something breathable. However, they are breathable but not breathable, so they can be easily fluffed up and reshaped. This is a problem, especially with memory foam pillows that need air to change shape. I ended up thinking it was causing sleeping issues etc but my return window had expired 8 days ago. My fault! And I bought 10 standard pillows and I think 4 large sizes. I took them all off the pillows and they're in my handout pile. That's a lot of wasted defenders. A feather pillow is shown. I had to open the protector to get it back in shape. Maybe to protect against bed bugs, can't they let air through? They puff up like a dough boy when you first lay on them, then the air seeps out and you can't inflate them again until you unzip the safety zipper. Am I missing the point of these protectors? I wonder if washing several times can solve this problem?
