I bought these headphones for my two children aged 3 and 5 and they are great. My 3 year old has a smaller head so they fell off a few times when he looked down but he was able to keep them to watch the entire show and they probably fit most at that age. They have good volume control, although I haven't tested them in noisy environments (on an airplane, airport, etc.). Also included was a splitter which is handy when there is only one device, you can use two headphones. (only one splitter came with two headphones, which was good, we didn't need two). My 5 year old commented that they are very comfortable. you will be great study on a Chromebook when he comes back to school in the fall. The colors and appearance are also very beautiful.
