Review on Ortizan Mini Projector - Full Portable Movie Projector for Excellent Image Quality by William Pacino

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Movie night entertainment but not ideal for home theater

I tried this projector out for us a few weeks ago at a new moon on the darkest nights at a friend's cabin in the Colorado mountains outdoor Movie. The projector worked great for an outdoor movie night! However, after my trip I returned home to compare it to an indoor movie night and found that it didn't perform well indoors due to the reflective ambient light. I've also noticed some drop in quality and color as it doesn't have a high resolution unlike our 65-inch 4K TV which delivers better white and black contrast and more black and black. Be sure to read the description before purchasing. I took this because it was cheap. I might consider buying a more expensive projector with more features soon, such as B. the ability to scale the dimensions to the throw distance you want to stay at. Pro: Fun for a movie night outdoors or if you have a dark room. Cons: Non-native 1080p. After seeing this projector firsthand. I wouldn't recommend it for your first home theater experience. In my opinion, I'd recommend investing in your own 1080p projector on a budget of around $200-$800 (depending on the budget you're willing to spend) for a decent 1080p projector. If you are willing to spend more I would recommend you Invest at least $1000-$4000 in a 4k projector to get the best performance. which can work in a well-lit room during the day when you're spending that much. Overall, this $60 projector isn't bad for a casual movie night. However, in my personal experience, you can connect an external speaker to your computer because the built-in speaker doesn't play as loud as a regular speaker.
